Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, to point ointment
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnut
  • 2 packages chocolate
  • 500 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin
  • vegetal color additives, of different colors (coffee, green, orange)
  • 1 boat Chocolate frosting

Preparation

In a bowl we melted the chocolate with the butter. Let cool.
In another bowl mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional) and flour (do not beat too much). Add cream and mix (add nuts).
Add the mixture in a mold spread with butter.
Bake at 175/180 ° C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes it will remain dry).
For the fondant: In a bowl in a bain-marie melt the chocolates completely. In another bowl put the icing sugar, and add the melted chocolates. We incorporate in an enveloping way, until forming a kind of mass. Separate and add the dyes that are needed for decoration.
Extend the chocolate bitumen in the brownies. With the fondant with brown coloring make the tombs and place in one end of the brownie (you can put RIP with the bitumen). Make the zucchini with the orange fondant and the top with the green. You can also make pastito with the green fondant as shown in the photo.
