Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups milk, of chocolate
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • chocolates, to melt (for the glaze)
  • chocolate chips, and colors

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients, slowly pour in the chocolate milk, egg, oil, butter, and vanilla. Stir well until everything is perfectly integrated.
Using an electric cake bite machine, fill each space a little more than half full, cover and cook for 5 minutes after it reaches its maximum temperature. In a conventional oven, fill the mold, cover and bake at 180ºC for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the mold and let cool.
Melt the chocolate according to the manufacturer's instructions, put a ball in the chocolate until it is covered, chop it with the popsicle stick and remove it from the chocolate, decorate with jam and let cool.

PRESENTATION

You can cover them with cellophane bags and a bow tie, they will look divine!

TIPS

When you chop the ball with the popsicle stick, take it out and let the chocolate enter and put it back in, this will make your popsicles firmer.
