This is a very delicious and simple pastry recipe, because it is an easy-to-prepare dessert without an oven. Made with delicious vanilla flan, these cubes are covered with chocolate and also have a layer of cookies, which make it a very fun dessert with different consistencies. Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 liter milk, whole, for the flan
  • 1 on Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari®, (140 g)
  • 1 lemon, (zest)
  • 1 package Vanilla cookies
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, melted
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough Marie biscuit, mini, to decorate
  • enough lemon, Cut in half moon.

Preparation

Heat the milk over medium heat, add the Flan D´Gari® vanilla flavor, the lemon zest, and move with the help of a spoon until completely dissolved.
Pour the flan into a refractory and let it cool until it sets. Unmold, cut in half and reserve.
On a tray, place a cookie sheet, then half the flan, and repeat the process until you have two layers of cookies and two layers of flan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place on a rack and bathe with melted chocolate; let dry.
Cut cubes, decorate with whipped cream, a mini cookie and lemon slice.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, decorated with whipped cream, cookies and accompanied by coffee.
