Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 mangos, mature
  • 1/2 liters water

Preparation

Wash and peel the mangoes. Gently remove the pulp, completely removing the pit.
Serve the water and the mango pulp in a blender and blend until there are no large pieces of mango.
Divide the mango water into 4 plastic bags and close them with a knot, make sure it is tight.
Put in the freezer until they are completely done.

PRESENTATION

To consume, cut a corner of the bag and grind little by little with your mouth.
