Ingredients

10 servings
  • 6 envelopes of unflavored gelatin for yellow gelatin (hydrated)
  • 1 Cup of Water to hydrate
  • 1 Cup of mango for yellow gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple for yellow gelatin
  • 2 cups of Water for yellow gelatin
  • 6 envelopes of unflavored gelatin for yellow gelatin (hydrated)
  • 1 Cup of Water to hydrate
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry for red gelatin
  • 1 Cup of watermelon for red gelatin
  • 1 piece of banana for red gelatin
  • 4 cups of Water for red gelatin
  • enough of Strawberry cut in half, to decorate
  • enough of mango to decorate (ribbons)
  • enough of blackberry to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl, moisturize the grenetina with water. Let stand 15 minutes.
    For yellow gelatin: blend mango and pineapple. Then, in a pot and on medium heat, heat the previous preparation and add the hydrated gelatin. Move to incorporate.
    Pour over the small Mickey® mold and refrigerate until set. Release and reserve.
    In a bowl, moisturize the grenetina with water. Let stand 15 minutes.
    For red gelatine: liquefy strawberries, watermelon, banana along with water. Then, in a pot over medium heat, heat the previous preparation and add the grenetina, stir until dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
    Pour a quarter on the large Mickey® mold, place the mango jelly in both the center and ears and pour the rest of the red gelatin to cover. Refrigerate until set.
    Unmold on a white plate and decorate with strawberry, mango and blackberries.

    PRESENTATION

    It is important to heat the gelatin to eliminate bubbles, in this way, at the time of demolding it will not break. In addition to when we heat the grenetina gives an incredible shine.
