Ingredients

15 servings
  • 2 cups of peanut fresh and without shells (approximately 280 grams)
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar (150 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil (corn or sunflower preferably)

    Preparation

    In the blender place the peanuts with half the oil and blend until crushed as small as possible.
    Slowly and with the blender turned on at the minimum speed add the icing sugar, the salt and finally the remaining oil until a smooth and homogeneous cream is left.
    And that's how easy it is to spread it on sandwiches or with the food of your choice!
