Ingredients

15 portions
  • 2 cups peanut, fresh and without shells (approximately 280 grams)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, (150 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil, (corn or sunflower preferably)

Preparation

In the blender place the peanuts with half the oil and blend until crushed as small as possible.
Slowly and with the blender turned on at the minimum speed add the icing sugar, the salt and finally the remaining oil until a smooth and homogeneous cream is left.
And that's how easy it is to spread it on sandwiches or with the food of your choice!
