Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups Sugar substitute
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 cup no sugar natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cups bee honey
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberry

Preparation

In a bowl mix the milk with the eggs, Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, butter, sugar substitute, and vanilla and walnut until all the lumps are eliminated.
Grease and flour an Oven Mold or use a silicone.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° for about 10 minutes.
Acrema cheese with yogurt and honey and reserve.
Pour the flour mixture into the mold and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Cover the cake with the mixture of cheese and yoghurt and finally cover with oats, amaranth and decorate with blueberries.

TIPS

You can add 1/2 tz of cocoa or jam of your preference to the mixture to flavor the cake and decorate it in different ways.
