Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tangerine, (your juice)
  • 2 strawberries

Preparation

Wash the sweet potato, remove it and wrap it in aluminum foil, put it in the oven until it is soft. (1 hour, approximately.)
When the sweet potato is ready, remove it, remove the skin and put the pulp in the fret to liquefy, add the juice of the tangerine and blend until it is of the desired consistency.
Empty the mixture in a jar and decorate with bits of strawberry.

TIPS

The sweet potato is a very nutritious tuber, it has vitamin A, C, iron and potassium, it is cheap, yielding and due to its flavor it is not necessary to add sugars.
