Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Prepare the cupcakes with the cups.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
In an electric mixer beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add the mixture of flour and milk and beat until you get a uniform dough. Then add one or two drops of red artificial dye and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture.
Pour the dough into the pieces of paper and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
While the cupcakes are cooking, make the bitumen by whipping the cream cheese, the icing sugar, the butter and the vanilla essence in an electric mixer .
Add 1 drop of green dye to the bitumen and finish beating.
Since the cupcakes and the bitumen are ready, decorate the cupcakes with the bitumen and add chocolate chips on top.
