Grease a silicone jelly mold approximately 21 cm in diameter. Pour a layer of the walnut atole to cover a quarter of the container, use a ladle or measuring cup. Refrigerate until set.
Once the first layer solidifies, pour in a quarter of the strawberry atole, refrigerate until set. Do the same with the vanilla atole and the biscuit atole, remember to refrigerate between layers.
Garnish with quartered guava, quartered strawberry, and mint leaves. Serve cold.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, decorate with guava, strawberry and mint leaves.
