Preparation
Heat a skillet over low heat and toast the nuggets with peanuts, raisins and walnuts.
Heat a pot with the water and melt the piloncillo with honey and lemon droplets. Cook until you get a semi thick syrup. Add the amaranth and nuts, mix immediately to absorb the honey.
Place the hot preparation in metal rings, pressing well to compact. Let cool and unmold. Share
