Delicious alfajores of biscochuelos ideal to finish a good meal.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 80 grams flour
  • enough chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • lemons
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • dulce de leche (caramel)

Preparation

MASS: Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie. Beat the yolks to white with half the sugar, mix with the chocolate. Beat the whites to snowy spots with half the sugar and add them. Incorporate sifted flour. To overturn the preparation in a plate greased with lard and with butter paper down (it should be approximately 1 cm high). Bring to oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Cool well. Once the sponge cake is cold, cut it with a 4 cm round cutter (if the sponge cake is very high, crush a little with a stick).
BATHROOM: Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
FILLING: Mix the sugar with the cheese and the lemon zest. Form a pasta.
ASSEMBLY: Place the filling with a sleeve, a sponge cake top, place a milk caramel with a sleeve and a last layer on a lid. Bat the alfajores. Let cool.
