Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams almond
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk, dairy
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams almond, filleted to decorate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup raspberry

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
Blend the almonds, butter, condensed milk and 3 eggs.
Spread butter and flour the mold, empty the mixture in the mold.
Bake for 30 minutes, unmold the cake, wait for it to cool.
Heat the sliced ​​almonds in a pan until they are toasted.
Cover the cake with the sliced ​​almonds, sprinkle sugar glass on top of the sliced ​​almonds.
Decorate the cake with raspberries around.
