Light and rich cake with little preparation time, dare to prepare this recipe for Apple Pie and Raisin.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 300 grams self-rising flour
  • 150 grams lard
  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 230 grams sugar
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 50 grams raisin

Preparation

Beat 150gr. of butter with 230 gr of sugar to form a homogeneous paste.
Incorporate, 3 at a time and beating well, 3 eggs. Add the puree of three apples and 50 g of raisins marinated with some liquor.
Incorporate 300 gr. of leavening flour with cinnamon to taste.

PRESENTATION

This recipe is super simple, it can be done in a short time and above all it is delicious, light and very moist and fluffy. Enjoy it!

TIPS

When they are about to take the cake out of the oven, prick it with a knife, if it comes out clean it is a good sign that it is ready to enjoy.
