Ingredients

8 portions
  • 5 apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 1/4 cups brandy
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Transfer the apples to a deep bowl and mix with the sugar, lemon juice, brandy and cinnamon.
Prepare a refractory to bake and grease with vegetable spray.
In another deep bowl, mix the walnut, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter. Mix well with your hands until you have a thick dough.
In the refractory for baking, put a layer of the apples first and put a layer of the oat dough on top of them.
Bake for 45 minutes and remove from the oven.
Accompany the cake with vanilla ice cream.

muy dulce Hice esta receta me gusto pero quedo muy dulce y muy cosidas la manzanas. la próxima vez reduciré el azúcar a la mitad y el tiempo en el horno de 45 a 30 minutos
