Some delicious and easy apple pies made with puff pastry stuffed with apples, apricot jam, cinnamon and pine nuts.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 350 grams puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 apples, large peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cups apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoons pinion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten with a little water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Pre warm the oven 180 degrees centigrade.
Grease a baking sheet with a little butter.
In a bowl, mix the apples with the jam, raisins, pine nuts and cinnamon.
Spread the puff pastry on a clean surface and spread with a rolling pin.
Cut the puff pastry into 10 cm squares and place a tablespoon of the apple filling in the center of each square. Fold each square in half.
With your fingers, seal the squares well and varnish with the beaten yolk and a little sugar.
Bake empanadas for 25 minutes or until golden brown and remove from oven.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.

exelente la mayoria por no decir todas las recetas estan buenisimas se las recomiendo yo ya ice bastantes
