Preparation
In a pot, heat the water until it boils. Remove from the fire.
Soak apples in hot water one minute and dry. Insert the skewer sticks in the center of each block.
Cover two apples with bitter chocolate and two with white, remove excess chocolate and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Place the remaining chocolate in wax paper cornets and decorate the apples. Let it dry
