Preparation
Peel the apples, removing the hearts. Put them in a saucepan, together with the sumo of the lemon, cover with water and cook them, without letting them get angry.
Drain the apples and place them in a tray or funder. Put inside each apple a little almonds in laminitas.
Make a syrup with sugar, lemon juice and a tablespoon of water. Pour this syrup over the apples at the moment of serving.
