Preparation
Place the sugar in a saucepan together with the water, glucose and red dye. Mix and bring to the fire.
Cook until you reach 150 C.
Puncture the apples with a brochette stick and go through the syrup.
Then brew with the pochoclos and let cool.
Place the oil in a deep saucepan with lid and bring to the fire, add the corn and the sugar.
Cover and cook by moving the pan, until the corn explodes and the pochoclos are formed.
Remove from heat, place scattered on a pallet and let cool.
