This typical Mexican dessert from Puebla is made with sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, cinnamon, cream and raisins. The dessert can be decorated with walnut or raisins.

Preparation
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thick cubes.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes or until tender.
Remove the sweet potato from the water and puree. Mix with butter, sugar, cinnamon, cream, raisins and orange zest.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Puree in a greased round baking dish and decorate with the nut. I baked for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
