Healthy and light cookies, I really like oatmeal cookies and that's why I share my secret recipe, you will like it a lot.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 unsalted butter, melted
  • 70 natural honey
  • 150 grams oats, whole
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 5 tablespoons granola, with honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, chemical

Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, honey and egg in a bowl
Mix flour, oats, granola and royal
Unify the 2 preparations until a slightly sticky paste is left
On a cookie sheet with waxed paper apply about 2 tablespoons of the mixture
bake for 20 minutes and pre-heated by 15 to 180 ° C or until the edges are a little brown

PRESENTATION

Serve either coffee, milk or tea, they are delicious and healthy.

TIPS
