This delicious raw avocado cake will surprise you, since the versatility of this rich fruit is impressive and in this case it is part of this delicious dessert that will please everyone. Prepare it and surprise them.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of pumpkin seed without salt, for the crust
  • 3 pieces of date without bone, for the scab
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Maple syrup for the scab
  • 2 pieces of avocado without bone and peeled
  • 4 spoonfuls of coconut sugar
  • 4 spoonfuls of Maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Place the crust ingredients in a processor with the exception of maple syrup and cut them. Once this is done add the honey and mix perfectly.
    Place this mixture in a cake mold and compare it very well, refrigerate.
    Blend the remaining ingredients to form the filling until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.
    Add the mixture in the mold where the crust is and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish with frozen fruit, nuts or grated coconut.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate with nuts, edible flower petals or frozen fruit.

    TIPS

    Serves very cold so it does not lose its consistency.
