A delicious and light gourmet recipe. The baked figs are very rich and even more accompanied by honey and nuts.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 18 figs cool
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 4 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/3 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Chop the figs with a fork and put them on a baking dish previously greased with butter.
Sprinkle sugar over them and pour 1/2 cup of water and honey.
Bake the figs for 20 minutes using a spoon to bathe every 10 minutes.
Remove the figs, add half of the nut and bake for 10 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and remove the figs from the juice. Place the figs in a dish.
Boil the juices in a pot for 10 minutes and pour over the figs. Sprinkle the figs with the remaining walnut and serve.

Hola Tere, le puedes agregar sin problema un poco de queso roquefort o crema, le dará un toque delicioso a tu platillo. Saludos.

Hola Elena, la crema es para acompañar. Puedes montarla a mano o en batidora hasta que se formen picos. Coloca un poco sobre cada higo. Saludos :)
