Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 pounds tamarind
  • 3 pounds sugar
  • vegetal color additives, Red

Preparation

Preferably the tamarind is not peeled, if not with peel. The peel is removed and then the tamarind is removed so that only the nugget remains.
