A delicious recipe for pancakes, known as "Muffins" in the United States, of bananas with walnuts. Rich in a breakfast or with a tea.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Grease 2 pan trays.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Reserve.
Crush 2 bananas with a fork in a small bowl.
With an electric mixer , beat the other 2 bananas together with the sugar for 3 minutes.
Add the melted butter, the two eggs and vanilla.
Beat well and lower whatever is left around the container to incorporate it.
Add the flour mixture little by little until well incorporated.
Add the walnuts and the mashed bananas with enveloping movements.
Put the mixture in the pancake molds of the tray and fill them halfway (they will go up in the oven).
Cook for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry when it is inserted into a muffin.
Let cool a few minutes and serve at room temperature.
