Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnut
  • to taste powdered sugar

Preparation

In a mortar, mash the bananas and set aside.
In a mixer, cream the butter with the sugar and add one by one the eggs, the vanilla essence, the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the nuts. Add the mashed bananas and beat for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a pancake pan and bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
Unmold, sprinkle with icing sugar and slice the pancake.

PRESENTATION

Place the pancake on a wooden board, sprinkled with icing sugar.

TIPS

You can toast the walnuts to give it a little more flavor. Use ripe bananas to give the pancake a more intense aroma.
