10 portions
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups banana, very mature crushed
  • 3 eggs, lightly shakes
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 cups refined flour, refined
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, royal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

The oven is preheated to 180 ° C. A rectangular baking pan or a baking pan is greased.
Beat the butter with the sugar until a creamy consistency is achieved (can be by hand or with a mixer at low speed). Crushed bananas and natural yogurt are added; it is beaten only to be incorporated.
In another bowl, combine the flour (should sieve), baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts. This mixture of ingredients is added to the first mix of ingredients.
Beat a bit only until the ingredients are incorporated. The final mixture should be a bit lumpy.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold. Bake approx. 1.5 hours, depending on the mold that was used.

Y los huevos? En los ingredientes dice que lleva 3 huevos y en el procedimiento no dice en que momento se incorporan.
