Delicious banana and walnut bread, made without sugar and with natural oats to give it more nutritional value and an excellent flavor. It is perfect to eat for breakfast or dinner. Prepare it at home and share it with everyone.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 grams Stevia, granulated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1/5 cups oil
  • 1/2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 330 ° F or 165 ° C.
Grease a pancake mold and crush banana bananas.
Add to the bananas the egg, the milk, the oil, the stevia and mix very well.
Close together the baking powder, flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and add them to the previous mixture. It incorporates vanilla and nuts.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle some ground cinnamon mixed with granulated stevia.

TIPS

Check the pancake at 30 minutes to see if it is ready. Insert a toothpick until it comes out clean.
