  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup Fitness® Original Cereal
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mash the banana until obtaining a puree. Reservation.
For the cereal crumble, mix the butter with the brown sugar, the flour, and the Cereal Fitness® Original until you have a sandy mixture. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
For the pancake, beat the butter until creamy, add the muscovado sugar, beat 3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla essence, the mashed banana, add the sifted powders and the walnut.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured muffin tin, add the cereal crumble on top and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes, or until cooked. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
