Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the banana muffin
  • 3 bananas, for the banana muffin
  • 2 San Juan® Eggs, for the banana muffin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the banana muffin
  • 1 cup sugar, for the banana muffin
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, for the banana muffin
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, for the banana muffin
  • 2 cups flour, for the banana muffin
  • 1 cup butter, for the brownie, (175 g)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, for the brownie, in chunks
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the brownie
  • 3 San Juan® Eggs, for the brownie
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the brownie
  • 1 cup flour, for the brownie
  • 1 cup cocoa, for the brownie
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the brownie
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chip, for the brownie

Preparation

For the banana muffin; In a bowl add the melted butter, the banana and mash until it has a consistency of puree.
Add the pieces of Huevo San Juan®, the vanilla essence and mix until integrated, add the sugar, bicarbonate, cinnamon and flour, mix perfectly with the help of a miserable.
