  • 1/2 cups Alpen® cereal muesli
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup caramel, (bought) or homemade
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix sugar and butter in a bowl until acremar. Add the eggs, the sliced ​​banana, the yogurt, and the vanilla extract until everything is incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cereal, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the other bowl, and mix with enveloping movements.
Grease and flour a pancake mold, taking care that the entire mold is covered.
Pour the mixture into the mold, hit the table a couple of times to remove air from the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C or until a stick comes out clean.
Heat the caramel 15 seconds in the microwave. Once the pancake is warm, dip the pancake with the caramel, and sprinkle the remaining cereal and chopped nuts.
