Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 180 grams butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 bananas, cut into slices
  • to taste vanilla ice cream, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Crush the bananas and reserve.
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one, the bananas crushed.
With the help of a sieve add flour, baking soda, cinnamon alternated with milk, whisk for 5 minutes until integrating.
Pour the honey over a mold and add the slices of banana. Add the previous mixture and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.

Yo la ise y me quedo delicioso!! Solo que le agregue un plátano más. Ya que solo 2 me pareció muy poco y yo quería sentir muchísimo el plátano.
