Preparation
In a bowl place water, salt, plantains and let boil.
Once ready, we make a puree with these and add sugar to the mixture.
From the mash we are forming balls or molotes of this, likewise filling Requeson.
As we form the balls, we will fry the pieces until golden brown.
Finally we bathe half cream and sprinkle cinnamon.
