Preparation
In a bowl mix the pancake flour with the eggs, the melted butter, the sugar, the milk, and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
On a board, peel the bananas, insert a popsicle stick and reserve.
In a pot over medium heat heat the oil and dip the bananas over the pancake mixture. Remove the excess dough and fry for 5 minutes or until they change color. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Decorate with melted chocolate and colored sprinkles.
