With these banana flags, you will feel like a child again! This easy recipe results in crunchy and delicious banderillas covered in chocolate and colored grains. You can make this delicious dessert in 4 easy steps and it will not take you more than 10 minutes. Try it and surprise whoever you love the most!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups pancake flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 8 dominican bananas
  • 8 lollipop sticks
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • enough chocolate, melted, for garnish
  • enough granillo, colored, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the pancake flour with the eggs, the melted butter, the sugar, the milk, and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
On a board, peel the bananas, insert a popsicle stick and reserve.
In a pot over medium heat heat the oil and dip the bananas over the pancake mixture. Remove the excess dough and fry for 5 minutes or until they change color. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Decorate with melted chocolate and colored sprinkles.
