Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk, big
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3 teaspoons Water, cool

Preparation

Put butter and flour in a mold to pay and reserve.
You place the flour, sugar and butter in a large bowl and with the tips of your fingers make like bread crumbs.
Add the yolk and water little by little to have a smooth consistency, spread with a rolling pin on the table with a little flour so that it does not stick and cover the mold with the dough.
Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C
With a fork we puncture the base of the pie so that it does not inflate and we put a dumbbell, the weight is waxed paper on the base and rice or bean this is for weight.
We put the base to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

TIPS

If the pie is cold the base has to be well cooked, then after 10 minutes we remove the weight and let it bake for 5 more minutes or until it is lightly browned, if the pie is in the oven with 10 minutes that is in the oven, we take it out.

Podrian considerar la regla de no usar tazas en las recetas, simplemente usa klg. O gr. U Onzas pero no tazas por favor
