Crepes can be used as a foundation for many dishes. Commonly used for desserts such as: crepes with cajeta and crepes with chocolate or as savory main dish: crepes with cheese and crepes with mushrooms.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine melted

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl, mix milk, egg whites, flour and margarine and let stand for 30 minutes.
    Heat a 20 cm (8 inches) nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan and cover it completely.
    Cook the crepe for 2 minutes and turnover and cook 1 minute on the other side
    Repeat until you have used up all the crepe batter.

    No me da confianza la receta porque en el vídeo es muy diferente, a demás en la lista no dice azúcar ni sal.
