Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 kilos cream cheese
  • 1/2 kilos powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, or lemon juice

Preparation

Place the cheese in a bowl and beat it preferably with an electric mixer until it becomes soft and foamy, add the two tablespoons of cream, the sugar the powder (previously sifted) make it a few and then the vanilla essence or the essence that you want, integrate all the ingredients very well.
Use on breads, cakes or fruit.

TIPS

If you want you can add more powdered sugar to make the filling more consistent and thick. You can give color by adding some droplets of special coloring for pastry.
