Preparation
Melt the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave, melted and set aside from the heat and set aside.
In a bowl add the 4 eggs, the 2 yolks, the sugar and stir vigorously until the mixture is frothy and double its size, it will be assembled when after having doubled its size there is no foam on the surface.
Add by gently mixing the melted but cold butter, then the flour and yeast well mixed.
