Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 grams powdered sugar
  • 150 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon yeast powder
  • 60 grams butter

Preparation

Melt the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave, melted and set aside from the heat and set aside.
In a bowl add the 4 eggs, the 2 yolks, the sugar and stir vigorously until the mixture is frothy and double its size, it will be assembled when after having doubled its size there is no foam on the surface.
Add by gently mixing the melted but cold butter, then the flour and yeast well mixed.
Grease a mold with butter, cover it with aluminum foil and smear it, and pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven at 200ºC for about 10 minutes or until it comes out clean when introducing a tester or a small knife.
