If you want to enjoy a rich and healthy dessert or snack, prepare these delicious glasses of yogurt jelly with blackberry and strawberry flavor with a homemade compote of strawberries and oranges that make a sensational combination.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light flavor yoghurt blackberry, (25 g)
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box D Gari® Light Milk Jelly Strawberry flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 cup strawberry, chopped
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 10 strawberries, to decorate
  • to taste Orange peel, to decorate
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

For blackberry gelatin, in a bowl mix the D'Gari® light gelatin yogurt in a blackberry flavor with ½ liter of milk at room temperature and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate.
Fill 1/3 of each cup with the blackberry gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Meanwhile, dissolve the D'Gari® light strawberry milk gelatin with ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate.
Fill the glasses leaving only ¼ of the empty glass and refrigerate until set.
For the compote, in a pot, cook the strawberries with the orange juice and honey until the strawberries fall apart. Chill
Pour two to three tablespoons of compote into each glass and decorate with a whole strawberry, orange zest and mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with the compote of strawberries, mint and orange peel.

TIPS

It is important that you wait for each layer to set well before pouring the other, and to avoid mixing.
