The borrachitos are a typical Mexican sweet of Puebla, they taste delicious and are delicious to finish a meal.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Water
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of artificial flavoring of your favorite flavor
  • 50 grams of unflavored gelatin diluted
  • 120 grams of cornstarch
  • rums to taste
  • vegetable food coloring pied
  • sugars to brew them at the end

    Preparation

    Boil the water with the flour, the coloring and the grenetina and stir constantly.
    Once it boils remove from heat and let cool.
    Put the rum once warm.
    Then add the flavor and sugar. Mix well.
    Pour into a refractory. Refrigerate and once solidified cut cubes.
    Pass them by the sugar to create a layer.
