The borrachitos are a typical Mexican sweet of Puebla, they taste delicious and are delicious to finish a meal.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 Water
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon artificial flavoring, of your favorite flavor
  • 50 grams gelatin, diluted
  • 120 grams cornstarch
  • rums, to taste
  • vegetal color additives, pied
  • sugar, to brew them at the end

Preparation

Boil the water with the flour, the coloring and the grenetina and stir constantly.
Once it boils remove from heat and let cool.
Put the rum once warm.
Then add the flavor and sugar. Mix well.
Pour into a refractory. Refrigerate and once solidified cut cubes.
Pass them by the sugar to create a layer.
