Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF, grease and flour a rectangular mold of approximately 20 by 30 cm.
In a bowl in a bain-marie, put margarine and cocoa, stirring until smooth.
Add the coffee and sugars until the sugar has almost completely dissolved and remove from the heat.
Pour the eggs constantly stirring, add the wheat flour with the baking powder and the pinch of salt. Transfer the mixture to the mold and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes, unmold, cut into squares and decorate with icing sugar.
