We present you the ideal dessert for this day of love and friendship. They are delicious lollipops made with a rich brownie and covered with a sweet and delicious chocolate coating. It is the perfect gift for that person who is so special to you.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 125 grams dark chocolate, to melt
  • 1 bar butter, 90 g
  • 50 grams Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style, Cranberry flavor
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs, big
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 300 grams chocolate, Red color
  • 5 wooden sticks

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave at 15-second intervals mixing perfectly; add butter and incorporate until integrated.
Mix the egg with the sugar until it changes color and add the melted chocolate.
Add the Oikos® yogurt with blueberries to the previous mixture alternating the flour with the vanilla. Add the nuts and mix until integrated.
Grease a mold and pour the mixture spreading perfectly.
Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 1 hour.
Remove the brownie from the mold and cut with a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart. Insert the wooden stick and freeze for 20 minutes.
Microwave the red chocolate in 15 second intervals, moving constantly until it is melted.
Remove the pallets from the freezer and cover with the red chocolate. Freeze 5 more minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
