Ingredients

48 portions
  • 60 grams butter
  • 300 grams chocolate, in pieces
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup almond, chopped

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 baking trays (this butter and flour is not included in the ingredients). Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Put the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, mix it stirring, let it cool. In a blender beat eggs and sugar for 4 minutes. Slow down and add the chocolate and vanilla mixture, set aside.
Sift the dry ingredients and stir the previous mixture together with the almonds. Let stand for 6 minutes. Put the pasta in a Zip Lock bag and close it, cut a little corner a bit so that it serves as a duya and go putting piles of pasta like a spoonful on the trays we prepare. Do not put them too close together.
While we put the pasta in the second tray, bake the first one. Until the cookies sponge and crackle above, 8 to 10 minutes. Leave the cookies to cool on a rack.

Como en la foto Juan, a veces puede variar la consistencia de la masa por el tamaño de los huevos que si son muy grandes quedará más líquida . La siguiente vez que la prepares agrégale 3 cucharadas de harina y seguro te quedarán como en las fotos. Mucha suerte!

Están buenas Ojala hubiesen quedado como en la foto, no sé qué pasaría... Me quedo un poco liquida la mezcla, cuidado con eso porque se pegan mas fácilmente. De sabor: excelentes.

deliciosas una receta buena y sencilla, ojala y me queden suavecitas porque luego suele pasar que se endurecen.
