Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3/4 cups ax callus
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2/3 cups pistachio, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the Mazola Oliva and Soya oil, the whites, the vanilla and mix with a spatula. Incorporates pistachios.
Pour the mixture into a square greased mold.
Bake for 30 m approx. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil, preferably cut the next day.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with pistachios to decorate.

TIPS

These brownies can be cut and frozen for up to a month. In this way we will have a dessert always ready.
