Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a bowl, mash the banana with half of the mashed sugar until obtaining a puree.
For the pancake, beat the butter until it is creamy, add the rest of the mashed sugar and the refined sugar, beat 3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, the essence of vanilla, the crushed banana, incorporates the sifted powders and chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured pancake mold, bake for 45 minutes or until cooked, remove from oven and cool.
For the frosting, mix the cream to beat hot with white chocolate to form a ganache, refrigerate until it is thick.
Add the butter with the cream cheese to the blender, beat 2 minutes or until it gets soft. Add the mixture of cold white chocolate and the icing sugar, beat with the globe until it doubles its volume. Refrigerate until use.
Cover the cake with the white chocolate frosting , decorate with finely chopped walnut and enjoy.
