Bund Cake of Banana with White Chocolate Frosting

Prepare this soft, delicious and sweet banana pancake with chocolate chips, the delicate touch of the nut, covered with a creamy cream cheese frosting and white chocolate. This spectacular pancake will make your whole family fall in love.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of banana mature
  • 1 Cup of Butter 180 g
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar half for the banana and the other half for the pancake
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 3 cups of flour sifted
  • 2 spoonfuls of sodium bicarbonate 10 g, sifted
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder 5 g, sifted
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt 5 g
  • 1 Cup of chocolate spark 150 g
  • 1/2 Cup of cream to beat hot, for frosting
  • 2 cups of White chocolate in pieces, for frosting
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for frosting
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese cut into cubes, for frosting
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for bitumen
  • to taste of nut finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
    In a bowl, mash the banana with half of the mashed sugar until obtaining a puree.
    For the pancake, beat the butter until it is creamy, add the rest of the mashed sugar and the refined sugar, beat 3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, the essence of vanilla, the crushed banana, incorporates the sifted powders and chocolate chips.
    Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured pancake mold, bake for 45 minutes or until cooked, remove from oven and cool.
    For the frosting, mix the cream to beat hot with white chocolate to form a ganache, refrigerate until it is thick.
    Add the butter with the cream cheese to the blender, beat 2 minutes or until it gets soft. Add the mixture of cold white chocolate and the icing sugar, beat with the globe until it doubles its volume. Refrigerate until use.
    Cover the cake with the white chocolate frosting , decorate with finely chopped walnut and enjoy.

    TIPS

    The more ripe the bananas are, the more flavor and the sweeter your pancake will be. It is important that you crush the banana well with the sugar to extract all the water and add moisture to the mixture.
