  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder, for bitumen
  • enough chocolate, in the shape of bunnies, to decorate
  • to taste chocolate egg, of colors, to decorate

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the buttermilk, mix the milk with the lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes.
For the cake, in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar until it is integrated, add one by one the eggs, the whites and the vanilla essence.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place a ladle of cake mix in 4 bowls and add dye to paint each of a different color. Reserve the remaining mixture.
Pour the colored preparations into 4 small molds and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
Crumble colored biscuits and mix with cream cheese, with the help of your hands form balls and reserve.
Pour ¼ part of the cake mixture without coloring in a mold of 23 cm in diameter, add the interspersed colored balls and cover with ¼ part more to cover the balls. Repeat in another mold.
Bake the cakes for 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Chills and releases.
For the chocolate bitumen, beat the cream cheese with the butter, with the help of a sieve add the icing sugar and the cocoa.
Put some bitumen on a cake, place the other cake on top and cover with the rest of the chocolate bitumen.
Place the chocolate bunnies around the cake, cover the surface with the colored chocolate eggs and decorate with the ribbon.
Cut and enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

Place on a cake base and tie with a ribbon. Serve with a glass of cold milk.

The buttermilk, also known as buttermilk will give your cake fluffiness and improves the taste of the cake. On the other hand, do not beat the bitumen too much, as it could heat the butter and lose consistency.
