Preparation
For the sauce: In a pot place the piloncillo and add the boiling water, along with the cinnamon and the guavas
Let it cook until it has the texture of a honey, remove the cinnamon.

For the donuts: Beat the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Form a hole in the center and add the egg and water. Beat at low speed
Add the butter and continue beating for another 10 to 12 minutes.
Grease another bowl with butter and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 to 15 balls, and place them on a baking sheet and cover them with a towel.
Sprinkle a surface with flour, stretch ball by ball, until you have a very thin circle.
Let them dry for 10 more minutes.
Fry them one by one with enough oil, leave them for 20 seconds and then turn them over. Pass them to a paper towel to absorb the grease.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and accompany them with the sauce.
