This butter bitumen is ideal for cakes and cupcakes. It is also special for high temperatures.

Ingredients

50 portions
  • 1 kilo powdered sugar
  • 500 grams butter, or cream cheese
  • 500 grams vegetable shortening
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, or the taste of your preference
  • 1 tablespoon meringue powder

Preparation

Beat the butter or cream cheese with the vegetable shortening until the ointment point. They should be at room temperature.
Gradually add the icing sugar together with the meringue powder. Do it with a hand blender until all the sugar is incorporated.
Add the essence until it tastes good. You can add up to 3 tablespoons.

TIPS

Cover with a plastic bag that begins to harden, if this happens you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water and beat.

Super la receta pero 1 Pregunta Que tipo de manteca se usa Se q es la vegetal,  pero hay una en especifico?? Aqui en mexico venden la INCA,  LIRIO ETCq es en barra o esta la cristal q viene be n bote y esta mas aguaditaCual es la ideal?
