Preparation
Beat the butter or cream cheese with the vegetable shortening until the ointment point. They should be at room temperature.
Gradually add the icing sugar together with the meringue powder. Do it with a hand blender until all the sugar is incorporated.
Add the essence until it tastes good. You can add up to 3 tablespoons.
