25 portions
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1 gram salt

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Put the butter in the acremar blender (we know it is ready when it is bleached).
Add the icing sugar at low speed and once these two ingredients are integrated a little you can increase the speed.
Add the two eggs, and the salt. Continue beating until a homogeneous mixture is made.
Finally add the flour and mix until the dough forms and detaches from the edges of the bowl of the blender. If you notice that the dough is very sticky you can gradually add a little more flour, but do not put too much.
Once the dough is ready, they are taken to a work table where they are going to split it in two and they will wrap it in plastic food paper and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
After the refrigeration time, remove the dough from the refrigerator and between two pieces of waxed paper so that they are lighter, start to stretch their dough until they are at least 6 mm thick.
Cut with your favorite cookie cutters and put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes approx. Remember that each oven is different so you can check them and they will be ready when the edges are a little golden, also the cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of your cookies.
When they are taken out of the oven, they are left to cool on a rack and will be ready to decorate and to taste them !!!!

If you notice that in the baking process your cookies are deformed, do not worry, when removing them as they are still very hot you can apply a little pressure with a spoon to be able to remove any package that can be made. If you notice that the recipe works with a certain brand of an ingredient, do not change it, it seems like a joke, but yes! A brand can make a difference! They can also put a little flavor using some essence of their preference as vanilla. Try to bake the cookies of the same size together to avoid that some are raw and others burned.
