Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate
  • 750 milliliters coffee, freshly made american
  • 60 milliliters cocoa cream liqueur

Preparation

Beat at half speed half of the cream with the icing sugar until soft peaks form, and refrigerate.
Heat the remaining cream, add 90 grams of chocolate and keep on medium heat until melted, add the hot coffee, leave to heat until bubbles are formed and add the liquor.
Remove the whipped cream from the refrigerator and beat again to integrate the ingredients. Scratch the rest of the chocolate.
Serve coffee in glasses, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate lined.

PRESENTATION

Refrigerate the whipped cream for 4 or 5 hours for a better consistency.
